THE WAR by Ken Burns & Lynn Novick

"THE WAR" is a seven-part series directed and produced by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick, which tells the story of the Second World War through the personal accounts of a handful of men and women from four American towns. The lessons which accompany the film were written for grades 9-12. Each lesson contains background information, classroom activities and a clip from the film.
