    This photo was shot at the Dan Benson Track Invitational in Wauwatosa, WI over the summer. I captured this action shot of my friend as he was mid-hurdle going for 1st place in the invitational. It was a summer day with lot's of sun and it was perfect for a fast shutter speed to capture this quick movement.
